i need some cute ideas for holiday gifts for... a] girls ages 12-15 and... b] guys ages 13-17 thanks mucho :D

For the girls, buy some candles, plain or fragrant, and decorate with paints, glitter, beads etc, they will be individual and they look super. For the guys, make some sweet treats, biscuits, or home made chocolates. You can decorate these accordingly. For both, you could download some music onto a cd, and make your own jackets up to put inside the cd covers, and personalise each one to suit the person it is intended for.
