i need a cheap and easy holiday gift idea?
i want to get my grad student instructor a holiday gift, something cheap, something neat, something that says "thanks". i wanted to bake cookies but another lady beat me to it. what should i get/do?

- A Starbucks card is great for teachers or if it is a female a candle is always nice too. You can get either one of these for $10.

- aww i was gonna say bake cookies. lol. umm, just bake him a cake. make cool designs with the icing and stuff and write merry christmas or something =] or >:) call the cake designer thing.. show... whatever... the one where they make these cakes and they look super cool (it's on food channel). and say that you made it :D heh heh heh >:)

- well do something that others might not take the time to do. If the other person made cookies, why not make a "recipe jar" ? These usually consist of you taking a empty mason jar, and filling it up with the components to make a dessert. Pour in the flour, then the other dry things, close the jar, and attach a ribbon for decoration and a small paper listing instructions for the desert and what wet ingredients the instructor needs to complete the job.
