  5. Well, not early but not TOTALLY last minute...for some reason I can't get into what to buy people when it's too early...I just don't get ideas. It usually starts in November, but usually after Thanksgiving.
  6. Yep throughout the year if I see something someone would like I buy it there and then. I cant stand the xmas shopping frenzy and I get most stuff online. But I do like to save buying xmas wrapping paper, cards and actually wrapping presents until Dec.
  7. yes, actually i shop all year round because some things are overpriced around the holidays and then they give a small % off to make you think you are getting a bargin
  8. Usually I don't start Christmas shopping until Black Friday, but this year I decided to start early because I am due with a baby & not sure when I will be able to get out or feel like going out once he is born.
  9. I normally procrastinate or start the day after Thanksgiving and shop all the way up until Christmas Eve...This year I'm going to start this week and try and be done by the end of November :) I just want to get it done this year :)
  10. If I see something that reminds me of someone, that I think they may like, I will buy it and save for Christmas present. I don't exactly shop for the holiday. Buy as I see things.
  11. i buy the main bulk of presents early, the expensive one's you know, i have them all stored away bought, wrapped, bowed and tagged, now i will leave it till about a week before christmas and get the little bits for people, that way it doesnt break the bank just before yet i still get into the xmas spirit buying things last minute :)
  12. i buy prezzes all through the yr then its not a mad rush at the time.
  13. We dont have crackers for the 4 grandchildren. They get 10 silly presents each and have to do a forfeit for each one,joke,song or dance. So I start to shop for these in the January sales, each must be under £1, ready to wrap for next christmas. This has been going well, except for the fact they are now 15,13,13,11, and wont let me stop!
  14. I only buy things early if I see something that looks perfect! I usally buy things some where in Dec.
  15. Yes, we are a family of five, with a large extended family, and we live on a budget. I must shop early to have a decent Christmas. (((hugs)))
  16. I always tell myself I will. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. I'm one of those people who go shopping on Black Friday but I don't get much then. Just kinda look around.

  18. i would have to say yes as i've finished mine and the familys but i find the pressies on the shelfs before xmas are better and they have more in stock but i will be finished in july next year cause my son will be 2 and a half years old and he will be into everything
