Holiday Gift Ideas for my workers?

I just became a supervisor a couple weeks ago. I have 6 people under me and wanted to get a little holiday gift for them. Something unisex and nothing that is specifically for Christmas, as everyone does not celebrate that holiday. I wasn't sure if something for their desk, etc would be a good idea. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
