why wont the sims 2 happy holiday presents pact download on my computer?

kinda straight foward. its a free pack on the sims 3 store i want to download it but everytime i try it tells me there is an error i have tried downloading it a million times what can i do to make it work ok i just tried to dowload somthing eles it wont work so its just not letting me download .... y?

3. Try downloading it in another web browser, sometimes that has to do with things. Try to download it another time. Try to download it on another computer. Ask them if possible how to solve it. Try downloading it on another site. Your firewall may be preventing it to download. Restart your computer, then try. This is all I can think of right now, hope I helped you.
4. It has to be the same sims, (1 or 2 or 3) and you need to check the memory, so you can download or install it. Hope I helped!
