I'm looking for a very nice and unusual holiday gift for my boss. Any ideas?

My boss is very nice to me with holiday gifts and I am stumped on an idea for a gift to him this year. Any ideas that are unusual? I would like to keep it under $200. It's hard because he has a ton of money and buys himself whatever he wants, so there's not much that he says he would like. Looking for an unusual idea....

I have found that www.gifts.com is a great site to help you find what you can get a person if you don't know them too horribly well. If you know the basics about them, you can figure out their personality rather easily and they have plenty of gift ideas to fit your budget!
I would go for handmade something. its not the money......
Buy him a fishing rod and reel along with a subcription to a fishing magazine, such as BASS.

If you know his hobbies get him something along those lines. He will appreciate whatever you get it is the thought that counts. You could buy a nice weekend package at a good Bed and Breakfast.
A mini fridge he can keep in his office that way he will use it and everytime he does he will think of you
you should get him a pen with his name engraved on it. things remembered has a lot of stuff you can choose from.
a nice box filled with expensive chocolate, exotic fruit, some other candy ,,flowers and maybe some wine or juice... for someone that got all is this always welcome ...:)))
Make a holiday card... Take a funny raging picture of yourself under the caption "When the heck am I getting that raise?!" as the cover... and inside you write "I hope this would do the trick! happy (insert holiday event) " Buy him a teddy bear. Cheap and unusual for his age. ...this idea kinda sucks, but what the hell...
