What unique gifts can I give to a friend for her personal wedding shower?

I'm too shy to give lingerie. I don't want to give her the old stand-by of scented candles or body lotion. Any unique ideas?

2. Get her something useful that she will always use, and then think of you. How are you willing to spend... thats the question. T.V? Kettle? Cups and Plates? or a really sappy and sentimental idea: a scrap book with pictures of you, her, and mutual friends in it.
3. Make a scrap book of great recipes that have been passed down to you from family and friends from holiday meals as well as dinner for two
4. a day spa pass.... those are pretty cool and unique... or a candy bouquet... those seem to be on the rise of popularity.
5. When 2 of my best friends got married I bought them a bunch of board games and card games. All of our friends get together and play games all the time and I thought it was the eprfect gift for those two. They loved it. It wasn't another personalized photo album... Not that those aren't nice, but you can really only handle so many... You could always get a gift certificate for Victoria Secret.. let her pick something out of her own. Seriously think of something they like doing together and base your gift on that. Are they movie junkies get them a supply of movie tickets... Generally after the wedding you can't afford to go out much. There's tons of fun personal gifts you could give!

7. dependin oh friends style you can go crazy get her a bag of hand cuffs and kinky thing along those lines. or as a joke get baby things. you can do build a bear. picture frams you could some pics of you guys togeather or just leave not filled.
8. Is this for a bridal shower or for a bachelorette party? If it is a shower than she will have a registry of things she wants. If it is a bachellorette party then I got a unique idea I did for my friend. I got her a $3.00 bottle of Magic Shell and told her to put ice in her mouth to "freeze" what ever she wanted to "freeze" and put the Magic shell on. Everyone was like hey thats a good idea. They giggled and teased her but it was a unique idea.
